I am a Pilates instructor and nutritionist.
I have been teaching Pilates since 2018, running semi-private classes in Newbridge in a small in-home studio. As I work with maximum 3 people in the group, I can keep an eye on details so you can really learn and understand fundamentals of the method.

For me personally, a very important thing is to keep my body as healthy as possible and for as long as possible. The nutrition, the exercises and the movement itself are crucial to make it happen. To me, healthy lifestyle means to eat pure, natural food, and to move. That is why I am so passionate about Pilates. It taught me how to move efficiently and with control so I can perform the other disciplines much easier.

The philosophy behind Pilates promotes healthy mind and body, which we can achieve through regular exercise routine, clean food and relaxation. It simply teaches us that we should respect our bodies. And this is exactly what I want to promote. This is what inspires me to continue my education in the field of exercises, nutrition and health promotion so I can help you achieve your goal to live a healthy life in the healthy body.
